Seventh District Election

The seventh Congressional district will hold a special election for its representative this year. 

Primary: October 7, 2025 (Early voting: Sept. 17-Oct. 2)
General: December 2, 2025 (Early voting: Nov. 12-26)

Counties that fall all or partly within the 7th district: Benton, Cheatham, Davidson, Decatur, Dickson, Hickman, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, Perry, Robertson, Stewart, Wayne & Williamson.

Many of our county Republican parties are hosting candidate forums/dinners to learn about those who have announced their candidacy. Read about those events below.
